Yeah, what the other person said. Free shipping is standard. They also do a first-time buyer discount if you sign up for emails, that's usually 10 or 15%.

I found them pretty true to size for me too. I'm an 11 and the sandals were spot on. Just measure your foot if you're super unsure, but I think you'll be fine.

Not a pain at all, I had to return a pair once because I ordered the wrong style by mistake. Process was smooth, but I think you have like 30 days or something.

I've only tried Etta Grove, but their shoes are specifically made for larger sizes, and I found them really comfortable. Can't speak for Margaux though.

My friend has Margaux and loves them, but I went with Etta Grove because I needed a size 13 and their styles were just more appealing for that size. Super comfortable for my wider foot, honestly. I think Etta Grove focuses more on the actual fit for larger feet, not just making bigger sizes.
